The Nap Wheel! This handy tool actually showed me that my body’s tendency to conk out in the afternoon, having awakened mid-morning, is pretty darn good if I want better dreams. Waking up in the middle of an adrenaline rush sets entirely the wrong tone for the day, you know?

So if you nap half as much as I do (i.e. every day, twice when I feel really sick), give the Nap Wheel a go.
